How Do We Make Money?
The quick answer is - not at your expense.
We share in the revenue you generate if you choose to affiliate with one of our Partners. There are no extra fees passed on to you, nor are there any margins built in to your pricing for us. Everything is exactly as if you went direct. And, our compensation is identical from Partner to Partner so there is no incentive to steer you.
So the bottom line is, we don't make money if you don't close loans.

We have researched every major branching program in the US. After
meeting with Senior Management and completing our due diligence, we
have only selected a handful to represent. You can rest assured that
our Partners offer an outstanding branch program, are solid financially,
and are attentive to your needs.
Choices
We have partnered with 15 mortgage banks, including 6 chartered
banks. One size definitely does not fit all. Each Partner was chosen for
the specific niche they fill in the marketplace. Whether you are a one
person branch or a $50M monthly producer with multiple branches, we
have options for you.
Transparency
We present the complete facts on each and every Partner without any
smoke and mirrors. Learn everything you need to know in order to
make an educated decision, including total per file fees, rates, and
specific features of each branching program.
